Nacho Casserole

1 lb lean Ground Beef1 bunch of Green Onion, chopped1.5 cups of Salsa1 pkg Low Sodium Taco Seasoning2 cups Tap Water2 cups Frozen Corn2 handfuls Nacho Chips 1.5 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1. Brown ground beef.
2. Add green onion, salsa, taco seasoning, water, and frozen corn. (if you don't like spicy then omit salsa and add required amount of water on taco seasoning pkg)
3. Let simmer til it thickens. Shouldn't be runny.
4. Break up nacho chips and drop on top of mixture.
5. Turn off burner and then top chips with cheese.
6. Ready to serve when cheese is melted.
Serving Size: makes 4 large portions or 6 smaller portions
