Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
12 oz. 93% lean ground turkey1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. onion powder1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper1/4 cup catsup
Directions
Mix all together and form in to four patties. Fry in skillet over medium heat taking care not to burn.
