Ingredients
1 can light coconut milk1 can pineapple (rings, tidbits, or crushed)1 tbsp vanilla2 fresh bananas
Directions
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and add sticks. Make sure to leave 1/2 inch of room at the top since the mixture will expand upon freezing.

Place the popsicle molds into the freezer and enjoy several hours later once the mixture is frozen.
