Grilled Vegetable Salad - mine

Ingredients
Zucchini, slicedEggplant, slicedMushrooms, quarteredRed Onion in wedgesRed grape tomatoes wholered pepper hunkedOlive OilVinegarOreganoBasilFetaKalameto olives, pitted
Directions
place veggies on a cookie sheet and spray with pam (Olive Oil) Sprinkle with Greek Seasoning. Grill until charred and soft. Cool. Cut in bit size hunks. Mix dressing, pour over, stir, top with Feta and olives.
Serve room temp or warm.
