Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, choppedFresh Chopped Zuchinni, 2 cup, choppedCarrots, raw, 1 cupCauliflower, raw, 1.5 cupSeasalt .25 tsp, 1 servingPepper, black, 1 tspCanola Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
mix the canola oil in the veggies, salt and pepper, put all on a cookie sheet and bake on 375 until crunchiness is desired (15-30 minutes).
