Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients
Lean ground beefHunts tomato sauceWhole wheat pre-cut spaghettishredded cheddar cheeseseason to taste.
Directions
Brown ground beef. Rinse under cold water to remove fat. Reheat, add 1 can tomato sauce. Boil 1/2 cup whole wheat pasta (elbow noodles or spaghetti). Add cooked noodles to beef/sauce. Season to taste. (Salt Pepper, onion, calantro, parsley, chili powder etc.) Just before serving, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, let it melt. Serve.
