Gluten Free "Shake n Fry" Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, chunked up1/4 cup coconut flour1 tsp cracked black pepper1/4 tsp sea salt1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
In a gallon zipper bag or something similar, mix together the flour and spices.
Toss the wet chicken pieces into the bag & shake until coated.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan & cook the chicken until done & slightly crispy.
You can probably bake this instead of fry, to skip the oil.
