BBQ Pork Loin(or boneless chops)

Ingredients
4 Pork lion or chops6oz or a cup of BBQ Saucesalt pepper to tasteBrown Rice in rice cooker
Directions
Spray oven safe dish with non stick. lightly season chops with salt and pepper and cover with BBQ of choice. Cover with foil place in oven at 300 for 45 minutes. Place rice in cooker with water and salt. Turn it on. Go walk on treadmil/bike/random dancing on Xbox with kids while cooking. Enjoy
