Mom's Homemade Banana Bread Muffins 19 servings

Ingredients
3 c All-Purpose Flour (White Lily)3/4 tsp. salt1 tsp. Baking Soda2 c Splenda Granules (0-Calories)1 tsp. ground cinnamon3 large eggs, beaten2 c mashed bananas1 (8 oz.) can of crushed pineapple2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon Batter into the muffin pans. Bake at 350`(degrees) for 45-50 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove from pans, and let cool.
