Green Chili Pork Enchiladas

2 lb pork loin roast1 jar goya salsa verde10 Mission whole wheat tortillas1 can low fat black refried beans1 cup shredded mexican colby jack cheese1 can ortega enchilada sauce1 crockpot
Using crockpot. Put pork loin roast in and cover with entire jar of Goya salsa verde. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. When finished, shred pork and salsa together in pot. Take whole wheat tortilla, spread one tablespoon of black refried beans. place pork/salsa mixture on top. Roll and place seam side down in large glass baking dish. Makes 8-10, may need second dish.
Cover with Ortega enchilada sauce and cheese. Bake for 25 min at 350 degrees.
