Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packedHodgson Mill Oat Bran Cereal, 0.5 cup**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cupHodgson Mill 100 % Stone Ground Rye Flour, 1 cup*Baking Powder (Clabber Girl), 2 tspBetter 'n' Eggs egg substitute, 0.25 cupWhite House Natural Plus Apple Sauce, 2 cupBanana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) mashedWalnuts, .25 cup, choppedApple, Gala (medium), 2 chopped*cinnamon, ground, .25 cups
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
spray non stick spray in muffin pan
bake at 400 for twenty to thirty minutes till brown.
