Lentils, 0.5 cup Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup Garlic, 2 cloves Onions, raw, 1 medium Peppers, sweet, red, chopped, 2 cup Salt, 1 tsp Chili powder, 1 tsp
Cook lentils and rice in separate pans.When cooked, drain and set aside. Saute the garlic onion and peppers until lightly browned. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until you're able to form patties from the mixture (they'll be a little sloppy).
Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, for about 15 minutes, until slightly firm.
Alternatively, cook in a loaf tin for 25 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 1o patties, or one large loaf
