Ingredients
4 large bananas that are slightly overripe (spotted)2 Tbs of cocoa powder2 Tbs of smooth peanut butter
Directions
Peel the bananas and slice them into 1/4 to 1/2 inch disks. Place the disks in the freezer for about an hour, or until the disks are frozen solid.Put the banana peices in a food processor and pulse. First it will resemble gravel, but keep going, it won't stay that way! Stop to scrape down the sides so it will continue to blend. Soon, it will begin to look like mush. When the banana begins to look like whipped cream, start to add the other ingredients (it doesn't matter what order, and you can add whatever -- have fun with it!)Blend until all ingredients are well mixed. Straight out of the processor it will be like soft serve, or you can freeze it to be scoopable.
