Low Fat/Low Carb Burrito Bake

Ingredients
1 can Campbell's 98% fat free Cream of Mushroom Soup4- La Tortilla Factory - smart and delicious - Low carb, Pace Picante Sauce to taste1.25 lbs - 97% lean Ground Turkey1 C. Daisy Light Sour Cream1 C. Reduced Fat Fiesta Blend Cheese
Directions
Brown ground turkey and add seasoning as you would for tacos.

Mix together the can of soup, sour cream and Pace Picante sauce.

Spray a corning ware dish or pan with cooking spray. Spoon 1/3 of the soup mixture into pan. Divide meat mixture evenly between the tortillas and sprinkle cheese in shell before rolling and putting into pan.
Reserve about 1/2 - 3/4 cup cheese.

Spread rest of soup mixture onto the rolls and top with the rest of the cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
