I too saw this in SBD and love it with the Almond extract. My son likes it too. I eat it instead of icecream. - 9/24/10

I excluded the cinnamon and added black raspberries and it was amazing! I was so surpriced so few ingredients could taste so good. I will definitely make this again. - 6/23/09

I love this recipe from sbd. It's almost like an icecream if you throw it in the freezer for a few minutes before eating. I don't do the cinnamon though. - 2/16/09

i made this tonight from sbd recipes. and used cocoa powder and put some nuts in, but it was really wierd tasting. i put cool whip on top just to make part of it bearable! i think i'll stick with the sugar free popsicles! - 7/5/08

I saw this in the South Beach Diet cookbook and was skeptical that such a simple recipe could be any good. But this was absolutely perfect. - 1/30/08
