Breakfast Grain Medley

Ingredients
4 cups oats1/2 cup groats1/4 cup quinoa1/4 cup flaxseed (I use golden but any kind is fine)
Directions
Make sure the medley is well-mixed, then add 1/4 cup to 2/3 cup water and heat over the stove. Prepare like your regular oatmeal (and get ready for a ton of fiber and some interesting consistency!)
