Baked Parmesean Veggies

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 medium, 1" chunksPeppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium , 1"chunksPotato, raw, 2 small , 1"c chunksZuchini Squash 2 cup, 1" chunksGarlic, 3 cloves mincedParmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
Directions
Cut up all the veggies. Mix together on an oiled or sprayed jelly roll pan. Preheat to 350. Bake uncovered 45 minutes...or until the doneness that you prefer. Sprinkly parmasean over the veggies 10 minutes before you take them out of the oven.
