Low Fat Loaded Potato Skins

Ingredients
Olive OilFat Free Sour Cream Shredded CheeseTurkey BaconPotato
Directions
Cover potato in olive oil, salt, pepper to taste. Bake potato for 1 hour. Take out and let cool enough to handle. Cut potato in half lengthwise and carefully remove center of potato with a spoon, leaving ¼” of potato on skin. Fill with sour cream cheese and top with crumbled bacon. Turn oven up to 450 and cook an additional 10 minutes.
