dry beans, pintoturkey smoked saugageonionseasonings, salt, pepper, garlicwater
wash beans and drain. Put beans in large pot with 3 quarts of water with a couple of dashes of salt. Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 60 minutes. Chop onion, combine with beans. Slice and chop saugsage and combine with beans. add remaining seasonings. Simmer for 60mins or until beans tender. makes 8 1cup servings.
