Flapjack

Ingredients
200g Stork or margarine8 TBSP Maple syrup150g Xylito/ Total sweet450g Rolled oats.5tsp Salt60g Dried cranberries
Directions
1. Grease 8in square, shallow tin.
2. Put marg and syrup in a bowl and melt it in the microwave.
3 . Put the xylitol, oats, cranberries and salt in a bowl and add the melted mixture to it. Mix thouroughly.
4. Turn the mixture into the prepared tin and cook in a moderate oven 175C for 33-35mins, until golden brown.
5. Leave to cool in the tin for 5 mins, cut the flapjacks into 12 portions and cool completely on a wire rack.
