flaxseed wrap

Ingredients
3/4 C ground flaxseeds1 tsp baking powder1 tsp onion powder1 tsp paprika1/4 C coconut oil, melted (plus more to grease pans)pinch of fine sea salt or celery salt1/4 C water4 large eggs
Directions
Mix together the flaxseeds, baking powder, onion powder, paprika , and salt in small. Stir in the 1/4 c of coconut oil. Beat in the eggs and water til blended.

Grease a microwave safe glass dish or pie pan with coconut oil. Pour in batter and spread evenly over bottom of dish. Micro wave on high 2 to 3 min, til cool. remove from pan and set on paper towel to cool about 5 min. immediately rinse out pan with water.
