Reduced Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
Dreamfields box of pasta2% cheddar2% velveetaOnionLight butterWondraEvaporated fat free milk
Directions
Cook pasta. Drain and set aside. Sauté onion in butter in same pot. When onion is translucent add flour to make rue. Next addmilk, velveeta and half the cheddar. Melt and stir. Add back pasta. Pour into shallow pan. Cover in remaining cheddar. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
