Peanut Butter, Apple & Cheddar Sandwich

1 sandwich thin (I use Kroger 100% multigrain)1 tbsp PB2, prepared with 1/2 tbsp water1 Kraft fat free sharp cheddar single (or other cheddar cheese slice)1/2 medium sweet apple (I used Honey Crisp, but Fuji/Gala/pink lady also work)
Toast sandwich thin in toaster while preparing pb2 and slicing apple THINLY.
Place cheese slice on one half of bread, put on a plate/paper towel and microwave for about 10 seconds to melt.
Spread PB2 on other bread slice, top with apple, and melted-cheese slice of bread. Dig in!
Serving Size: makes 1 sandwich
