Beef Tips in Gravy

Ingredients
2.20 lbs. stew meat11 oz. sliced baby bella mushrooms1 medium onion sliced3 C. beef stock1/4 C. flour1 tsp. garlic powder2 TBS. EVOO3 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Directions
Season meat lightly with salt and pepper. Brown in EVOO until almost cooked through. Add mushrooms and onions and cook until onions turn translucent and mushrooms are almost cooked through. Add flour and let cook 2-3 minutes stirring to combine flour. Add stock, garlic powder, and worcestershire sauce and stir until gravy is smooth and lump free. Cover and simmer on low for an hour stirring occasionally. Done when beef is tender. Serve over noodles, rice, or Mashed potatoes.
