Healthy Egg Salad

Ingredients
2 Hard Boiled Eggs2 Hard Boiled Eggs with Yokes removed3 strips of celery chopped1/4 cup red onions chopped1 tsp mustard3 tbsp Light Mayonnaise (hellman's)
Directions
Boil all 4 eggs and set aside to cool.
When cool peel eggs and remove the yolk from 2 of the eggs.
Combine in bowl with the remaining ingredients.
Serve and enjoy!
