Easy Cheesey Peas & Rice

Ingredients
Peas, frozen, 1 cup *Asiago Cheese, 3 oz Chicken stock, home-prepared, 2 cup *Arborio Rice 1/2 cup Risotto rice, 4 servingButter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
Directions
In a good sized skillet, melt the btter. Lightly saute the rice. Stir to coat with melted butter. Add just enough chicken stock to cover the rice, about 1/2 cup. When the stock is absorbed, add remaining stock 1 cup at a time as it is absorbed by the rice. Stir in peas with the last cup of stock.
