Ingredients
1 can pink salmon1 cup seasoned bread crumbs1 egg white2 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp dijon mustard1 onion, grated2 tsp worcestershire saucesalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients. Form into 10 small patties. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
