Buttermilk Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
2 c buttermilk2 egg1/4 c water1/4 c oil1/4 sugar 1 tsp vanilla1 c flour1/2 c cornmeal1/2 c wheat germ2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt
Directions
1. Mix the wet ingredients into large bowl
2. Mix dry ingredients in separate medium bowl
3. Lightly grease pan or griddle and put on medium-high heat (300 degrees)
4. Mix all ingredients just until blended and let sit for 5 minutes (Do not overstir)
5. Pour into 4" cakes and brown on each side

Serving Size: Makes approx 20 4" pancakes (2 = 1 serving)
