Ingredients
2 Tbsp Canola oil3 Tbsp flour2 cup milksalt and pepper to taste
Directions
heat oil in skillet. Add flour, brown slightly while stirring. Turn heat down to medium. Add in milk and continue to stir. Add salt and pepper to taste. Turn off when slightly runny. It will thicken as it sits.
