Peanuts, dry-roasted, 78 grams Dates, 75 grams Salt, .25 tspPit and chop dates and place in food processor until a ball formsPlace dates into a bowlPulse peanut in food processor until chopped but not turned into peanut flower you want chucks to be left in itPlace the peanuts in the same bowl that dates are in and add the salt and them mix with your hands until well combinedPlace on clear wrap and form into balls or bars, even cooke cutter shapes would be fine
