Strawberry Cranberry Blue Cheese Salad w/ Balsamic Reduction

Ingredients
1-1/2 cups pecans1 Tbsp brown sugar4 cups salad greens1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced1/2 cup dried cranberries2 ounces blue cheese crumbles1/2 cup balsamic vinegarSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Toast nuts and brown sugar in a skillet over medium high heat for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from skillet and coarsely chop.
In pan over med-high heat, add balsamic vinegar and reduce by half (until it coats back of spoon).
While reducing, plate in order: greens, strawberries, and cranberries.
To finish plating, drizzle salad with balsamic reduction, top with nuts and cheese and add salt & pepper to taste.
