"Mock" Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas/garbanzo beans, mashed1/2 cup of celery, chopped3 tbsp mayonnaise (or to taste)a pinch of Dulce seaweed flakes for a fishy taste (optional)a dash of onion powder, to taste (optional)
Directions
Wash chickpeas. Pour into bowl and mash with fork or potato masher until soft. Wash and chop celery, then mix into bowl. Add mayonnaise, onion powder, and Dulce flakes. Voila! Put into sandwiches, on top of salads, whatever you like!
