Rice Flour Pancakes-Gluten Free

Ingredients
1 cup rice flour2 Tbsp sugar2 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp salt1 egg- lightly beaten2 tsp oil
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Add milk till mixture is smooth. Add egg and oil and mix just until blended.

Use medium heat with 1 tsp oil to fry pancakes.

Serving Size: Makes 10 small pancakes.
