Baked Peach Pancake

Ingredients
butterBisquick (I used Bisquick lite)milkeggspeaches, thinly sliced and peeledsugarcinnamon
Directions
Heat oven to 400. Place 1 tbsp butter in 9-inch pie plate. Heat in oven until melted. Stir together Bisquick, milk, and eggs. Arrange peaches in pie plate. Pour batter over peaches. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
