1/3 c. honey1/4 c. o.j., fresh1/4 c. canola oil1 tsp. lemon juice, fresh1 lemon, juiced for fruit protector1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. yellow mustard2 apples2 bananas2 cans of mandarin oranges, drained1/2 c. raisins1/2 c. cups
Combine the honey, oj, oil, lemon juice, salt and mustard in a jar with a tight lid and shake well. Juice the lemon and toss in apple and banana from turning brown. Combine all of the fruit, raisins and nuts in a bowl. Stir in the dressing in gently.
