Bob's Red Mill Bulgar Wheat (dry), 1 cup(remove)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)Olive Oil, .25 cup(remove)Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds(remove)Parsley, 2 cup(remove)Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices(remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced(remove)*Sumac or sumaq, ground, 1 tsp(remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp(remove)Salt, 1 tbsp(remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp(remove)
Pour boiling water over bulgar. Mix olive oil, lemon juice and all spices together. Pour over bulgar. Let sit 15 minutes. Meanwhile, chop all other veggies. Stir together.
