Ingredients
Lettuce wraps1 baked or grilled chicken breast (3oz)1 scallion (green onion) diced2 TBSP chopped celery 1/2 TBSP Olive Oil3 lrg. leaf Iceberg lettucesalt & pepper to tastemix together all ingredients for lettuce wraps except lettuce leafs. refrigrate.Spicy Yogurt Dip32 oz. fat free plain yogurt1 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp onion powder1/2 tsp McCormick Season-all salt line a strainer with a coffee filter or paper towel.place strainer over a bowl(this catches the liquid that will drain off the yogurt). spoon the yogurt into the filter-lined strainer. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hrs. or over night. This process yields about 16 oz yogurt cheese (1/2 cuo yogurt cheese = 1 probiotic serving). Season the cheese lightly with the seasons above or add freshly chopped herbs such as parsley, rosemary or thyme. then mix 8 0z of dip with lettuce wrap mixture and spoon on 3 lettuce leafs and wrap the lettuce around the filling.
