*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 small, seeded and halved *Refried Beans, .5 cup vegetarian preferred, warmed Salsa, 1/3 cup high quality Avocados, California (Haas), .25 cup, diced Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp minced - optional
Directions
lay out the pepper halves and spread each with half of the re-fried beans, salsa, avocado and cilantro, in that order to serve.
