Ingredients
Half a TBSP of tea leaves is equal to about two bags of your choice of tea. 0.12 of a TSP is like 1/8 TSP. * Butter, unsalted, 1/2 stick * Salt, 1/8 tsp * Vanilla Extract, 1/8 tsp * Powdered Sugar, 1/8 cup, unsifted * Flour, white, 1/2 cup * Tea Leaves, 1/2 tbsp
Directions
1. Stir dry ingredients together. except sugar.

2. Cream butter, sugar, and extract on medium speed until pale and fluffy. At a low speed slowly add the flour mixture until well mixed.

3. Shape the dough into logs. Roll into 1 1/4 inches in diameter. Refridgerate 1 hour.

4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut logs into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Space 1 inch apart on parchment-lined baking sheets.

5. Bake until edges turn golden, 13 to 15 minutes. Let cool on sheets on wire racks.
