Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Spinach, fresh, 4 cup *Dole Mandarin Oranges, 0.5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.125 cup Almonds, .125 cup, slivered or sliced toastedAndi's Jamaican Jerk Salad Dressing, 1 serving (1-2 tablespoons)
Place Clean, Dry baby spinach on a dinner plate, top with dried cranberries, then drizzel 1-2 tablespoons of jerk dressing on the salad. Add mandarin oranges, and toasted almonds. Optional drizzel with a little honey to sweeten and cut the spicyness more.
