6 oz. Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt8 oz. skim milk1 Tablespoon Reduced Fat Crunchy Peanut Butter1 oz. Protein Technologies Soy Protein Isolate1 Tablespoon Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup1 Cup crushed ice
Place first five ingredients in a blender and blend until mixed. Then add 1 cup of crushed ice and blend until smooth consistency. Makes a quick and filling breakfast smoothie or after workout protein drink.
