Mama's Banana Pudding

Ingredients
*Carnation Canned Evaporated Milk, 24 tbsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 6 large (remove)*Flour, white, .1875 cup (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 3 cup (remove)Yellow Food Color, 1 serving (remove)Vanilla Wafers, 330 grams (remove)Banana, fresh, 12 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
Directions
Separate egg whites.
Combine egg yolks, Carnation Milk, Flour, Vanilla, 2 cups sugar and Food color into double boiler.
Cook pudding in double boiler until thick
Layer 13 x 8 pan Wafers, Banana slices, then pudding until full
Combine 1 cup sugar and egg white
beat until peaks
