Mexican Cornbread

refried beans (3 cups)ground turkey (1 1/2 lbs)taco seasoning (to taste)shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups)2 boxes cornbread, mixed2 cups tomatoes, chopped2 cups scallions, choppedsour cream optional
In a 9 x 13 pan spread the refried beans on the bottom. Ground the turkey and add in 3t taco seasoning. Spread over the beans. Layer the cheese over the beans and meat. Mix the cornbread per the package and add in 3t taco seasoning. Spread over the beans, meat, cheese mixture. Bake according to cornbread package. When serving serve with chopped tomatoes, scallions and sour cream.
