Ham & Mushroom Potato Topping

2 T butter1/4 chopped green onion1 cup fresh mushrooms4 T Daisy Light Sour Cream4 t. Koops' Honey Mustard1 - 8 oz package of Hormel Natural Choice Brown Sugar Ham, chopped
Melt butter and saute onions and mushrooms till soft. Add ham, sour cream and mustard. Cook over low heat till warm.
Serve on top of a baked potato. Top with low fat shredded cheddar cheese if desired. (Note: potato and cheese not included in nutritional data.)
