Turkey and Squash Crazy Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 c diced onion1/2 c diced sweet, red peppers2 1/2 cups diced summer squash1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oilScant 2 cups of diced, dark turkey meat (no skin, 8 oz)6 oz (half pkg) of Ronzoni whole grain noodles1 can Campbell's cream of asparagus soup (10.75 oz)1/2 cup 1/2% milkOptional: top with a sprinkling of Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb. Garnish with red pepper strips, if desired.
Directions
Saute onions in 1 T extra virgin olive oil. Add peppers and squash and cook until squash is tender. You probably will need to add some water. Cook noodles according to package directions (8 minutes). Mix everything together. Optionally: bake in oven. Or measure and microwave your portion.
