Mock Tuna Salad

Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup *hellmanns light mayo, 2 tbsp *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp *Claussen Sweet Pickle Relish, 1 tbsp Scallions, raw, 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
In a food processor, pulse the beans a couple of times, until they are flaky, not mushy. Combine other ingredients in a separate small bowl to mix flavors together. Then mix in with the beans. Serve as you would tuna salad.
