2 oz - 93% Ground beef, browned (and thawed)1 c - Broccoli, chopped0.5 c - Water Chestnuts, sliced0.5 c - Onions, diced0.5 c - Red Peppers, diced0.5 tsp - Chili Oil1 tbsp - Rice Vinegar1 tsp - Soy Sauce2 tbsp - water
Directions
Heat non-stick skillet on medium. Add liquid ingredients, and bring to a low simmer. Add beef and veggies, and heat through until veggies are tender crisp. Serve hot.
