Dijon Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
Wash and clean spinach. Slice onion and add to spinach. Add cooked and deveined shrimp. Add mushrooms and croutons (croutons are optional and I didn't include in calculation).Mix dressing and toss with salad.
Directions
use frozen shrimp or cook devined, shrimp til done. Let cool for salad.
