Vegetable OilFlour, Self-risingBouillon Cube, Beef FlavorWaterSaltPepper
In the microwave, dissolve 2 beef flavored
Bouillon Cubes into 1 cup of water for
approximately 2 minutes.
In a medium sized saucepan over high
heat whisk together the flour, oil, salt and
black pepper to form what is generally known
as the roux.
Allow this mixture to simmer for
about 1-2 min. or until it begins to brown,
(the Darker the roux, the more intense and/or nuttier
the flavor will become.),
At this point add the Beef flavored Broth
and whisk vigorously.
The sauce will become creamy-smooth
and thicken very quickly.
Enjoy.
