Meghan's Pizza Pita

Ingredients
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Onions, raw, .25 cup, choppedBread, pita, whole-wheat, 1 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) Goat Cheese, Semisoft, 2 oz Black Olives, 6 jumbo *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), .33 cup
Directions
Saute 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper in 1 tsp olive oil with 1/4 cup chopped red onion. Stuff 1 whole-wheat pita with the veggies, 1/3 cup part-skim mozzarella, 2Tbsp sliced black olives. Microwave until cheese melts, about 1 minute. Serve with 1/3 cup warmed marinara sauce.
